THE LIFT EXPERIENCE

The LIFT experience is all about getting you stronger. We coach you on correct form and then put this practice into play via a technique heavy lifting session. No matter your level our expert coaches have got you covered. LIFT will ultimately build a stronger, better body.

Prepare your body

Warm Up

Before we get going, we run through a thorough warm up, ensuring your body is prepped for the lifts ahead.

THE BASICS

Series 1

All about our big lifts.

We coach you on how to perform the basic movements correctly and then we let you build your confidence under close supervision.

ACCESSORY

Series 2

Building on series 1 we move into a combination of other movements that will target all other areas that will supplement your big lifts.

A little sweat never hurts nobody...to make sure we cover all bases, we finish with a little bit of endurance, to get the heart rate, energy, and mood high!

THE WORK EXPERIENCE

The WORK experience does exactly what it says on the tin! When you book in for this class, get ready to... WORK. It’s a high energy, high effort cardio class that focuses on increasing endurance, improving overall health and of course testing a little mental resilience.

Before we get going, our classes always start with a warm up to get the body going.

BUILDING THE HEAT

Series 1

The first series we use to get the body moving, gearing up to a busy series 2 and 3.

We’ll get the heart rate going with some basic movements.

THE HALFWAY POINT

Series 2

This is right about when we jump on the machines or into burpees to work on raising that heart to the maximum!

Short sharp bursts of efforts that leave you

SERIES 3

Are we done yet... A common question asked in series 3. But our favourite series of them all.

One last push of endurance before the high of all those endorphins come flooding through!

THE MOVE EXPERIENCE

At B2B we believe in the basics which is why our MOVE sessions are an integral part of our programming. At the end of the day it all comes back to how we move throughout our day from the minute we get up in the morning until the moment we go to bed. In these sessions we explore the fundamentals of movement and help you access range to move and feel better every day.

BENCHMARKING

TESTING

We always begin the class by testing our range of motion.

This gives us a bench mark of where the body is at the beginning of class and allows us to track the progress made throughout the session.

THE BASICS

Series 1

Generally our classes are progressive and build on each other so the first series focuses on more gentle movements to open up the body and prepare for what’s to come.

Creating access in the body that we’ll then build on.

THE HALFWAY POINT

Series 2

Now that we have the access, we start to focus on functional range conditioning.

After opening the body we want to create strength in these end ranges so we begin to focus on joint strength and range of motion.

THE re-test

SERIES 3

And finally we bring it all together, we work on the space we have created from the movements we worked on throughout the class and re-test.
This is where we run through the movements tested at the beginning of the class so that you can see the results of your efforts but most importantly the potential you have within your own body!
